Introduction to forces

Please watch this short video as an introduction to forces. Pay close attention to the following terms and concepts as they will be needed as we work through this technology module.

Terms/Concepts:

-define the term force and state the unit of measurement for force (weight)
-explain the historical context for the unit measurement  of force
- define the term mass and state the unit of measurement for mass
-define the term work and state the unit of measurement for work
- measure the mass of an object. 
- measure the forces acting on a mass. 
- calculate the work done on a mass.
